SPECIAL EVENTS
‘Cue Culture
Tailgating Tour
Artisan barbeque sauces,
smoked ribs and pulled pork sandwiches brought to special events across
the Northeast!
Traveling in
his Toyota Tacoma, owner Wayne Tuohey brings his south of the
Mason-Dixon style cooking - always with a twist - to premier events and
festivals across the Northeastern United States. “These events
are great opportunities to personally meet our customers and have them
taste our sauces and rubs. We try to bring our products to a variety of
people from all walks of life,” notes the founder.
‘Cue
Culture will cater corporate events or other large gatherings within
its service area. Founder Wayne Tuohey serves up mouth watering racks
of ribs, smoked for 6-8 hours and his signature pulled-pork sandwiches
using the finest meats and his own dry rub, smoked for 16-24 hours!
This stuff melts in your mouth, no question about it. Add ‘Cue
Culture’s premium baked beans and cornbread and you’ve got
yourself a party.
